Our Story

FROM A T-SHIRT TO A GLOBAL MOVEMENT

On June 12, 2007, OmniPeace sparked a revolution in the fashion industry by launching the first-ever humanitarian fashion brand. What began with a simple collection of T-shirts quickly became a movement, with proceeds funding the construction of seven primary schools in Senegal, Mali, and Malawi.

This bold idea—merging style with purpose—paved the way for a new kind of brand, one that championed education, youth empowerment, and social impact. Supported by celebrities, changemakers, and global leaders, the OmniPeace logo became an iconic symbol of hope and progress.

But the mission didn’t stop there. As the world changed, so did the needs of the communities OmniPeace serves.

Today, OmniPeace has expanded its impact through the launch of Global Music Box- a groundbreaking initiative delivering turn-key music education to children who need it most. With instruments, curriculum, and teacher training included, Global Music Box transforms classrooms into permanent music programs overnight, providing a creative outlet that supports mental health, confidence, and healing.

From fashion to education to music, OmniPeace continues to evolve, but the heart of our mission remains the same: to uplift communities through creativity, compassion, and lasting impact.

OmniPeace Foundation's primary schools stand as pillars of hope within Dr. Jeffrey Sachs' groundbreaking Millennium Villages Project. Dr. Sachs, a co-founder of Millennium Promise and former Head of the Earth Institute/Columbia University, spearheaded this visionary initiative aimed at propelling rural African communities out of extreme poverty.

Nestled within the framework of the Millennium Villages Project, OmniPeace Foundation's schools serve as beacons of opportunity, providing education to children who may otherwise be denied access to learning. By integrating these schools into the fabric of the project, OmniPeace has contributed to a holistic approach to development, recognizing that education is a fundamental catalyst for sustainable progress.
